This event is a sanctioned International Chili Society Cook-off. Chili cookers traveling from all over America ready to cook their prize winning red chili and garner their place in the World Championship Cook-off held in Las Vegas. The cooks will be joined by live entertainment, food, exhibits and most importantly, chili judging, chili tasting and Southern Hospitality at its best.
